That sentence sums up the way we treat our clients and how we approach our Real Estate business. Since 1997 we have helped over 1,000 Buyers and Sellers succeed in achieving their Real Estate goals.

Coldwell Banker Canada awarded WATSON BROTHERS #1 in Canada for Customer Service (2016, 2017, 2018) and  Top 10 in Canada for Sales (#6 in 2020 and #7 in 2016).

We are a family business with three full time hard working individuals who each bring a unique set of skills to the table. We’ve never tried to do everything related to Real Estate, but instead just to do some things very well. As much as it’s important for our clients to be comfortable working with us, we want to insure we want to work with you.

So instead of pages of why we’re so perfect and why you must work with us (as we are not and you don’t), let’s just start with a coffee so we can meet each other.
