The older commercial hub of West Kelowna the area is undergoing change.

The big box stores have sucked the life out of many business located in the traditional down town so they are being replaced by higher density living, updated commercial space and more and better local amenities like markets, transit, and recreation.

Older generations like to walk to everything and young families like the proximity to amenities so it does have something for most.
