"A Lot Like Nobody Else!"

That’s how we approach our business and the way we care for our clients. Since 1997, we’ve had the privilege of helping more than 1,000 buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals, building lasting relationships along the way.

Over the years, our dedication has been recognized nationally, Coldwell Banker Canada awarded the Watson Brothers Team #1 in Canada for Customer Service (2016, 2017, 2018) and ranked us among the Top 10 in Canada for Sales (#6 in 2020 and #7 in 2016).

As a family-run business, we’re proud to bring three full-time professionals together, each offering a unique set of strengths. We don’t try to be everything to everyone, but we do focus on doing what we know best, and doing it exceptionally well.

At the end of the day, we believe the best way to see if we’re the right fit for one another is simple: let’s sit down over a coffee and have a conversation.

We still believe in doing business with a smile and a handshake, and we hope you do too.

Avery was born and raised in Kelowna. Growing up in Dilworth and Rutland, going through Elementary school living in Quail Ridge (and even a year at Big White), High School life in Glenmore and the Mission. The unique opportunity to live in each of these neighbourhoods in Kelowna allowed her to find her favourite hidden gem in each place. If you're lucky maybe she will share her favourite spots. She currently lives Downtown Kelowna and believes she has found somewhere she wants to live for the next while.

After high school Avery moved to Vancouver Island and studied at Vancouver Island University in Nanaimo. After 4 years of schooling she graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Tourism Management. After graduating she spent a few years exploring the Island and working in various service industries including the Port of Nanaimo, Vancouver Island University and a popular brewpub in Nanaimo. Although the Island treated her well for 7 years, she had to bring it back to her roots in Kelowna.

Avery has been living and breathing Real Estate her whole life as her parents, uncle and aunt have been working in the industry for 26 years. Watching how passionate her family is about helping people in Real Estate really solidified the choice in getting her license. Having the guidance and knowledge from her family has been pivotal in the next steps in her career. She is the newest member of the Watson Brothers Team and hopes to bring a vibrant and unique energy to the team. Avery can't wait to showcase her skills in marketing, innovation and the ability to add a female touch to the team. Avery is passionate about helping people and being a part of her clients journey in the buying and selling process.

When Avery is not working you can find her on the soccer field or basketball courts getting a good run in with her friends. She loves to spend time outside and enjoys all of the various activities that the Okanagan provides. Avery loves to take her clients out to her favourite coffee shop, winery, or head for a walk along the lake.
